Alfred C. Williams has vast experience and understanding of international business and agronomic practices. He possesses over 40 years of hands-on experience developing and managing private sector agricultural production and processing activities, both in the US and in developing countries, with a broad range of crops and products. Mr. Williams' international agronomic and agribusiness experience has concentrated on projects in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. He is well-versed in developing and implementing proposals from the contractor's perspective, as well as evaluating proposals and implementations from the viewpoint of the funding organization. In addition, he has familiarity with US Government regulations, requirements, and written formats. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy and a MBA in International Management.
