Jerry Siebert - Expertise: Agricultural Economics. Currently an economist and lecturer with the University of California, Berkeley. He has conducted many studies involving the marketing problems and issues in California agriculture as they relate to research and education. He has worked for the USDA involving price stabilization, cost analysis, and policy development which had bearing on national and international policy.

Jerry has a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics with an emphasis on Marketing. He resides in California and has international experience in Vietnam, Egypt, Central America, China and Russia.

Tom Veblen - Expertise: Business Management and Agricultural Economics. Mr. Veblen has worked in the consulting management business assisting clients in matters of strategy, organization, and operations. Consulting and research assignments have included opportunities for investment in the U.S. Food System, prospects for food processing, livestock and fisheries industries in Mexico, and analysis of barriers to private investment in the Indonesian food system.

Tom has a M.S. in Agronomy and Agricultural Economics from Oregon State University.

Larry Dale - Expertise: Agricultural Economics. Mr. Dale has been a resource economist for several projects for both public and private sector. He has worked extensively with water regulations, water quality standards and water conservation guidelines for the State of California developing markets and evaluating the impacts of proposed water use regulations. For the private sector, he has performed an economic feasibility study of a National Park marina, provide analysis showing potential market for fresh fruit and vegetables grown on an Indian reservation of Arizona and assessed potential mineral developments for nations of the Circum-Pacific region.

Larry has a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Hawaii.
