Experience includes management consulting in vineyards and orchards, the evaluation of grape varieties and development of cultural practices to start a wine grape industry in SE Texas, establishment of a laboratory that specializes in wine analysis, and experience in court cases as an expert witness in viticulture, land development, agricultural chemical use and/or damage. Mr.Sarabian also successfully established a fresh fruit packing and marketing company in Fresno, CA. Sarkis has a B.S. in Agriculture, lives in California and has extensive experience in the U.S and has worked abroad in such countries as Mexico, Kenya, Chile, Russia, Armenia and Jordan. Charles D. Sopher - Expertise: Agronomy and Project Management. Experience in over 20 years of agricultural production and research experience. Extensive experience in management and operation of peanut, vegetable, spice and soybean seed operations and a strong background in biotechnology, biological control and pest management.. He was Director of Agricultural Research and Seed Operations for Del Monte Foods for 8 years, managed tobacco research for R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. and developed a variety of vegetable crop productions in several foreign countries. He is particularly skilled in utilizing agricultural research to establish commercial food processing businesses. Chuck has a Ph.D. in Soil Science with minors in Statistics and Economics from North Carolina State University. He is the author of over 25 research publications. He has worked in such countries as India, Russia, China, Philippines, Costa Rica and Venezuela |
