John S. Vendeland - Expertise: Agribusiness and General Management. Mr. Vendeland is an agribusiness consultant specializing in agricultural product development. He has worked with seed companies, biotechnology companies, consumer product firms and agricultural venture capitalists. He has also worked extensively in all aspects of a sugarcane operation from market development to training of staff to crop culture and processing.

John has M.B.A in General Management from the University of California, Berkeley and a M.S. in Agronomy from Cornell University.

Dale Presson - Expertise: Food Technology, Fresh Cut Processing and Quality Control. Mr. Presson has over 30 years experience in the food industry in quality control, government compliance, package development, production and manufacturing management and specialty process equipment development. He has 12 years experience as owner/manager of a small food processing plant operating under USDA FSIS. He was worked extensively with operations of processing fresh cut vegetables, organic salad, fresh pasta and frozen berries.

Dale has a MBA/BS in Food Technology. He has written many operational manuals for the fresh cut produce industry.

Charles D. Sopher - Expertise: Agronomy and Project Management. Experience in over 20 years of agricultural production and research experience. Extensive experience in management and operation of peanut, vegetable, spice and soybean seed operations and a strong background in biotechnology, biological control and pest management.. He was Director of Agricultural Research and Seed Operations for Del Monte Foods for 8 years, managed tobacco research for R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. and developed a variety of vegetable crop productions in several foreign countries. He is particularly skilled in utilizing agricultural research to establish commercial food processing businesses.

Chuck has a Ph.D. in Soil Science with minors in Statistics and Economics from North Carolina State University. He is the author of over 25 research publications. He has worked in such countries as India, Russia, China, Philippines, Costa Rica and Venezuela
