CINDE, Costa Rica - Agricultural Laboratory Feasibility Study, Costa Rica. Conducted a market demand analysis and a feasibility study for a state-of-the-art agricultural laboratory that would provide private sector producers and processors with quick and reliable agricultural tests.

Inter-American Development Bank - Trinidad and Tobago Agricultural Sector Loan Agribusiness Review. Provided technical assistance in agribusiness and agronomy in support of the Inter-American Development Bank staff mission assessing Trinidad's agricultural sector in preparation for a sector loan.
